Grab the holy water and clutch some rosary beads to your chest because Married at First Sight is back for its final instalment of Confessions Week drama.

And what a week it has been! The tasks have brought some couples closer together, while others have ended the week more divided than ever. Anthony and Selin have continued to have the same fight over and over again about their honeymoon throughout the week, then on tonight’s episode Selin straight-up refused to participate in watching Anthony’s audition video. Ummm, it was awkward!

Speaking of awks, one of the strongest couples, Jack and Dom, have seemingly lost their spark: Dom revealed she’s struggling to get Jack to have sex with her. He cited her having her period as the reason they hadn’t been intimate, leading to a truly baffling scene where he enlisted the help of Al and Jackson to coach him through the concept of period sex.

Olivia and Jackson are thankfully still thriving, but Ella and Mitch had their first hiccup over the hard-hitting questions task. Holly and Andrew are living in separate apartments, but could be on their way to making amends after Holly made a small gesture of solidarity. But the most uncomfortable moment was saved for the final minutes when Selina asked Cody if his lack of attraction to her was due to her ethnicity and he confirmed her worst fears.

Anthony and Selin are back on their bullshit. After almost getting along during the confessions letter task, they clashed when Selin had to rank the men on attractiveness. She seized the chance to make digs at Anthony, leading to her groom leaving in the middle of another argument.

Anthony returned to watch his audition tape with Selin but she didn’t pay attention — instead she texted the whole time. They get into another argument. What a mess.

In happier news, Olivia and Jackson discovered via the values ranking task that their relationship priorities are perfectly aligned. Made for each other, confirmed!

Dom has grown frustrated with Jack over the lack of intimacy in their relationship. From Jack’s side, he thought she didn’t want to have sex on her period, as he’s never done that with his exes. Jack then hosts a period sex intervention with Jackson and Al to get their input on what to do.

Ella and Mitch hit their first roadblock after Ella is left unimpressed with the hard-hitting questions Mitch asks her… which he had to Google.

After threatening to leave the experiment, Andrew moves into a separate apartment to Holly. In a sweet gesture, Holly delivers cupcakes to Andrew on his daughter’s third birthday.

Meanwhile, the vibes between Cody and Selina have gone from bad to worse after Cody revealed that part of his lack of attraction to Selina is due to her “nationality and look”. He told his new wife that her ethnicity was not something he’s “normally gone for,” and she wasn’t his “personal preference,” leaving Selina devastated.

Selina is unsure whether she will stay in the experiment and our hearts go out to her. These men!!!
