Tonight the contestants joined experts John Aiken and Mel Schilling, as they rehashed their time on the show and what they’ve learnt about themselves since the experiment. Some people regretted their past behaviour, while others doubled down on their previous actions… well, specifically Cyrell and Nasser, who both struggled to own up to their mistakes.

In contrast, both Mike and Jess took strides in reflecting on their actions, and feeling remorseful for the pain they inflicted on others. Tonight’s episode was a comparatively tame evening, with no huge blow-ups and not a single drop of wine spilt.

Next up, Mike finally faces up to what he put Heidi through in their season. Thankfully, he expressed remorse and regrets for his treatment of her during their marriage.
