Hide your virgin eyes because last night’s Married at First Sight episode was not for the faint of heart.

It had it all. Kicking off with a salacious secret date between Carolina and Daniel, as Carolina snuck off to have a drink with the ex-contestant behind Dion’s back and let me tell you: Carolina and Daniel ended up sharing more than just a spicy marg. When the couple thought they weren’t being recorded, they kissed and Daniel even groped Carolina’s butt before declaring “I’m getting horny.” Ugh, no thanks!

The vibes were still tense between Dom and Olivia after they clashed at the commitment ceremony and that mood carried over to the next stage of the experiment. That’s right, it’s couples retreat time! This week was first introduced last year and we all remember how that turned out. If you don’t, it was pretty much a week of everyone being against Bryce — and by extension Melissa — to the point where the couple refused to engage with anyone and boycotted boys and girls night.

This year’s retreat was even more eventful. It started with Dom and Jack getting into a fight after Jack overheard Dom talking about their sex lives to some of the other women. It ended in Dom and Olivia getting into not just a fight, but a screaming match which somehow resulted in Dom smashing her glass on the table. It was high drama and we expect it’s just the beginning of this rivalry.

Last night’s wild Married at First Sight couples retreat recapped in tweets:

Tensions remained high between Dom and Olivia who both bitched to their partners about each other following their heated exchange at Sunday’s commitment ceremony.

Carolina tried to make amends with husband Dion by bringing him a basket of groceries — then she met another man for a date. Carolina and Daniel flirted up a storm before things got steamy as they kissed and groped one another. My eyes!

Brent attempted to spark some romance with Tamara by buying her flowers addressed to “Mrs. Vitiello” but she was less than enthused, finding the gesture “a lot”. Meanwhile, Matt expressed regret that he didn’t defend Kate at the commitment ceremony.

Sam and Al were at breaking point after Al told Sam he finds her moody and she often snaps at him, which has prevented him from wanting to get deeper with her. Sam cried and stormed out, accusing Al of turning her reasons she voted to leave the experiment back on her.

It’s couples retreat time! Every MAFS couples converged on a fancy country house in the Southern Highlands. Within minutes, Dom put her foot in it by loudly complaining about her sex life with Jack in earshot of her hubby… and all the other boys trying to play bocce.

Brent eventually told Dom that everyone could hear her, so she pulled Jack aside to try to speak openly about her relationship gripes. He felt blindsided and out of frustration told her to “f*ck off!” leaving Dom to walk off mid-convo.

Boys and girls night was upon us! The boys night was as wholesome as imaginable: the fellas consoled Jack before Al dressed up in Dion’s matching tracksuit, then stripped off and ran into a lake.

But girls night was a whole other story. As Dom attacked Carolina over her treatment of Dion, Olivia stepped in and starting yelling at Dom to tell her to errr… stop yelling. Dom did not take kindly to being told how to speak and smashed her glass on the table.

It was dramatic!!!
