Fresh from Married at First Sight’s dramatic as hell reunion dinner, KC Osborne is spilling even more tea, claiming that the Connie Crayden we’ve seen on our screens this season isn’t the same person she got to know during the experiment.

In an NW interview, KC labelled Connie “fake and not genuine” and relayed a moment during filming when Connie allegedly called KC nasty names — which was edited out of the episode.

“In my second commitment ceremony, Connie was saying some horrible things about me while
I was talking to the experts, like, ‘Oh my God, she’s disgusting. Eww, she’s just gross!’ That’s why I was crying – not because of Stacey and Michael laughing. Connie was pulling faces at me and muttering rude comments under her breath. It was awful!” KC said.

“I don’t think I’d done anything to her that deserved that treatment,” she said, adding, “I felt as though she never liked me.”

This will come as a shock to viewers who saw none of these dynamics between KC and Connie on the show, with Connie most often seen upset over Jonethen and rarely engaging in drama with the other brides. KC went on to say that while watching the series back, she recognised that some of the contestants’ edits reflected their character, but this wasn’t the case with Connie.

“I also wish we’d seen more of the real Connie. For every other girl
on the show – Hayley, Stacey, Cathy
– what you saw is what I got, but that wasn’t the case with Connie,” she claimed. “I just wish everything was shown!”

The Married at First Sight finale kicks off Sunday night at 7pm on Channel Nine.
