Everything We Know About ‘MAFS’ Angel Bride Lyndall
Lyndall Grace has managed to make us cry during this year’s Married At First Sight premiere, and right now, I just need a hug after watching her wedding.
The 27-year-old accountant from Perth was first introduced to us on Monday night’s episode, and her journey in the lead-up to MAFS is absolutely touching. Her introduction was raw, powerful and emotional.
The experts paired Lyndall with Cameron Woods, and their wedding was honestly one of the most wholesome things to ever come out of this drama-fuelled show.

Even though she’s only appeared in one episode, we’ve already learnt so much about this gorgeous bride and her pure intentions joining reality TV’s weirdest experiment.
So with the help of some internet sleuthing, here’s everything we know about Lyndall:
The waterworks were triggered immediately for us after Lyndall opened up about her struggles living with cystic fibrosis since she was three weeks old.
During her intro, Lyndall recalled the moment she searched the life expectancy for patients with CF, and the results shattered her. “When I was in high school, I remember doing the worse thing and googling it, and at that point, it was 32,” she said in a piece-to-camera. “Big thing for a 14-year-old to see… I tried really hard not to think about the future because I didn’t really think I had much in one”.
But luckily, with the recent approval of a new miracle drug, Trikafta, her life span has increased by decades. Lyndall is very vocal about raising awareness for CF, she has an Instagram highlight dedicated to the many fundraiser events she has attended and her journey living with the disease.
With her “new lease on life”, as the experts called it, Lyndall has become super adventurous. As her official MAFS bio says, “After living with such major physical restrictions all her life, Lyndall has now become a risk-taker who grabs every moment by the horns.”
One of Lyndall’s favourite pastimes is competing in street roller hockey, which is bloody rad! There’s a moment in the first episode where you see her shredding it up on the field, and her love for the sport is plastered all over her ’Gram.

She also has a talent for sewing, which allows her to cosplay as a bunch of fantasy characters like Ciri from The Witcher and Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty.

The Perth accountant is also a singer! She has a Facebook page dedicated to her performances. She also has a YouTube channel where she posts original songs.
According to the Daily Mail, Lyndall was in a long-term relationship with a man named Travis before joining MAFS. After scrolling her Instagram, could this be the Travis she previously dated?

The Perth bride said in her bio that she “wants to make up for lost time,” that was taken by her health concerns stemming from CF. During her wedding, Lyndall got candid about her disease with Cam during a one-on-one conversation.
In response, Cam revealed that he knew a lot about the disease due to one of his friends passing away from CF. After the pair spoke about their experiences with the chronic disease, the newlyweds shared a hug and a passionate kiss.

“I’m stoked that she’s got this second chance at life, and I’m happy that I’m going to be there for her,” Cam said in a confessional on their wedding day.
The show has only just started, but if Lyndall and Cam don’t make it, I will never EVER put my faith in love again.
