After briefly deleting then reactivating her Instagram account, Married at First Sight’s Olivia Frazer has returned to the app to address her negative portrayal on the reality show.

Rather than responding to her sharing nude photos of Domenica Calarco, or more generally some of the toxic comments she made throughout the show, Olivia took aim at people criticising her admitting she holds grudges. In several episodes, Olivia boasted about how she held grudges against people who had allegedly wronged her. In one particularly awkward confessional, she declared, “I hold grudges, I like that about me!”

On Wednesday, Olivia posted a selfie with a long caption. “FYI my interpretation of ‘holding grudges’ is to cut out people that are toxic to my life. Not seek revenge or put any energy at all towards them,” she began.

“It’s perfectly acceptable to not like people. It’s perfectly acceptable to not allow certain people access to you. I’ve never wasted energy on people I don’t like.
Hence why I sleep amazing at night xxx,” Olivia finished the post.

I don’t know about this, Liv. I’d say circulating a nude photo of someone is a pretty clear indication that you do “seek revenge” and ‘put energy’ towards your grudges.

Olivia posted another image on Tuesday of herself and partner, Jackson Lonie, of their first date together post-filming.

Earlier in the week, Olivia posted photos from her catchup with another divisive bride: Tamara Djordjevic.

Olivia became one of the most controversial brides ever on the 2022 season of Married at First Sight. Her feud with Dom monopolised the season, with viewers often siding with Dom. By the end of the season, Dom had amassed an Instagram following of 388k followers, while Olivia has 100k followers.
