Over the weekend the highly anticipated Season 2 of Mindhunter finally hit Netflix and the people are rejoicing. If you like true crime, this is pretty much like Christmas.
The new episodes come after two years of painfully waiting for a follow up to the acclaimed first season of the series, which follows the formation of the FBI’s Behavioural Science Unit through interviewing prolific serial killers between the ’70s to ’80s.
The second season focuses on the Atlanta child murders, seeing FBI agents Holden Ford and Bill Tench interrogate convicted murderers in order to create a profile to catch the killer. It’s a sensational season and of course has inspired some hilarious memes.
