YAASS: Netflix Has Announced A Royal Wedding-Themed Sequel For ‘A Christmas Prince’
All our wishes have come true. After witnessing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s frankly adorbs AF fairytale wedding over the weekend, Netflix has confirmed 2017 masterpiece A Christmas Prince is coming back with a ‘royal wedding’ sequel.
If your memory can’t quite recall this Netflix original, it was the cheesy X-mas movie to end all other cheesy X-mas movies.
The bizarre nonsensical plot of the film was only enhanced by the shitty acting and clichéd love story. In other words, it was a milestone in modern cinema and a movie that should be seen at least once by everyone on the planet.
The Netflix bosses have clearly taken notice, dropping this teaser for A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding, showing all our faves commenting on the weekend’s vows.

Here’s the plot summary:
“The sequel will pick up a year after Amber helped Richard secure the crown. The two are set to tie the knot in a royal Christmas wedding – but their plans are jeopardized when Amber finds herself second-guessing whether or not she’s cut out to be queen, and Richard is faced with a political crisis that threatens to tarnish not only the holiday season but the future of the kingdom.”
It sounds like a whole lot more contrived storytelling and faux drama… and I’m 100 percent all in and am counting the days until the film drops.
We expect the sequel to hit Netflix this December.
