Addictive AF Netflix Series ‘The Sinner’ Is Returning For A Second Season

If like many Netflix addicts, you spent a rather traumatic week around Christmas bingeing on suspenseful thriller series The Sinner, then you’ll be keen to hear the show is returning for a second season.

The uber-popular Netflix show has just been renewed for a second season. However, it looks rather likely that our leading lass Jessica Biel will not return. Bummer.

What we do know so far is that the next season will be comprised of eight episodes with Bill Pullman returning as Detective Harry Ambrose. This time around he is investigating a new mystery involving two parents being murdered by their 11-year-old son.

Murderous children with an insatiable bloodlust?! Yes pls.

Speaking about the new season, President of NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment Chris Cumbers said:

“In our second season, we’ll follow Detective Ambrose as he tracks his newest “why-dunnit,” while staying true to the unique, edge-of-your-seat storytelling that captivated audiences and critics alike,”

The next series of The Sinner is expected to air at the end of 2018.
