We’re all obsessed with Noah Centineo right now, there’s no doubt about it.

The star recently talked to Vulture about the cons of dating in the digital generation, saying he wants to bring back intimacy:

“We are from a swipe right generation. Where is the actual, genuine connection that comes from spending quality time with someone?”

Centineo went on to speculate that the problem now with dating centred around the “instant gratification that comes from likes, comments, followers, shares, etc.” and that he wanted to bring back “proper intimacy, and getting to know people again”. I’m sure all his legions of fans are on board.

And there’s a chance we’ll see him popping up in more rom-coms in the future.

“I’m a hopeless romantic some days and a hopeful one on other days, so I hope to do more [rom-coms] moving forward,” he told Teen Vogue.

Until then, we have a short wait to see him again – his latest film Sierra Burgess Is a Loser is due to hit Netflix September 7.
