Forget about infrastructure, hospitals or education… THIS is how you spend tax-payers money! Lucky it was donated.

Drive-away for the cheap price of only $450,000, you too could follow suit with the New South Wales Police Force in getting yourself a new McLaren 650S. The new orange supercar was spotted on the back of a trailer en route to a Sydney police station earlier today.

While this beast’s 478kW V8 engine would be pretty handy for chasing down crims, it won’t be used for operational purposes but as a promotion to help raise money for the families of officers lost on duty. It will most likely be taken to next month’s Bathurst 1000 and hopefully be used for some hot laps.
