Bachy Baby Watch: Everyone’s Fave Dad Osher Günsberg & His Wife Are Having A Baby

The Bachy baby news just keeps coming, but this time it’s even more exciting: Osher Günsberg and his wife Audrey have announced they’re expecting a baby, due in August.

Osher took to Instagram to share the happy news, introducing “chickpea”:

We are very happy to introduce you to the newest member of our family, joining us late August 2019. ▫️▫️ Please meet “Chickpea”, the person behind the last three months of @audreygriffen’s surprise day-naps and a mysterious aversion to her favourite Ramen restaurant. All four of us are over the moon and looking forward to meeting this wonderful young human. ▫️▫️ For me, meeting Audrey saved my life. Meeting Georgia gave my life a purpose and direction that I never expected. ▫️▫️ These two wonderful women have given me so much already, they’ve helped me heal and grow – and now to have the chance to share with them the experience of bringing up a child together is just incredible. ▫️▫️ Now, it’s off to provide on-call back rubs and to fetch ginger tea when needed.

“All four of us are over the moon and looking forward to meeting this wonderful young human,” he said, before crediting Audrey to saving his life as well as giving a beautiful shoutout to Audrey’s daughter, Georgia. “These two wonderful women have helped me so much already,” the caption stated.

Honestly, we’re not cryi–no, wait we are.

With Matty J and Laura Byrne expecting their first child together sometime this year, Sam and Snezana Wood adding to their brood, and other Bachy faves Cobie Frost and Lisa Hyde announcing their own pregnancies, it’s safe to say it’s the year of the Bachy Baby.

Huge congrats to Osher, Audrey and Georgia, we’re bloody stoked for you guys.
