Walking around with an accessory valued in line as modest family home hanging off your fingertips is a stress most of us won’t encounter. But for Paris Hilton, it seems to be just another item easily misplaced.

This week Hilton accidentally left her massive $350K (that’s over half a million $AUD) diamond-encrusted piece in a shuttle bus that took her across the tarmac to her private jet. According to TMZ, Paris began to panic when she realised it was missing on the flight.

But all was saved when a Polish firefighter picked it up off the floor of the bus two days later. Thinking it belonged to one of the flight attendants, he reported his find to the airport officials who tracked it back to Hilton.

Long story short, this small half a million dollar dimond ring is on its way back to Hilton who has returned to Ibiza. According to sources, she’s now tracking down the firefighter for mad props and to send a gifts to his family. No word on what that entails, but she does everything big.
