Pete Davidson Spilled Tea On Ariana Grande Breakup In A Comedy Set & Didn’t Hold Back
Pete Davidson has spoken publicly about his split with Ariana Grande for the first time and the dude didn’t mince his words.
The two called it quits last week, and Pete has spilled the tea on his current mental state in a benefit show at a comedy club in Hollywood.
Hosting the gig with Judd Apatow, Pete didn’t hold back. “I’m a good guy that just keeps getting kicked in the dick. You’re like, ‘Ah, that f—ing poor kid. Hope he doesn’t kill himself.’ That’s America.”
Damn. It’s safe to say the guy isn’t handling the breakup too well.
He continued, “Well, as you could tell, I don’t want to be here. There’s a lot going on. Does anybody have any open rooms? Looking for a roommate?”
Pete then joked about the matching tattoo he got with Grande.
“So, obviously you know I, we broke up or whatever but when me and her first got engaged we got tattoos,” he said. “And it was like in a magazine like, ‘Was Pete Davidson stupid?’ And 93% of it said yes,” he laughed.
Does this mean he’s discovered that getting tattoos dedicated to a person you’ve known for two minutes is not the greatest idea?
“I’ve been covering a bunch of tattoos, that’s fun,” he joked. “I’m f—ing 0 for 2 in the tattoo [department]. Yeah, I’m afraid to get my mum tattooed on me, that’s how bad it is.”
In the meantime, Grande posted then deleted the following statement about the breakup on Instagram.
“Time to say bye bye to the internet for just a lil bit. It’s hard not to bump news n stuff that I’m not tryna to see rn. It’s very sad and we’re all tryin very hard to keep goin. love u. and thank u for bein here always.”
