PIZZA WARS: Pizza Hut Is Trolling Dominos By Giving Away Free Margherita Pizza

TGIF! To celebrate the incoming weekend, Pizza Hut is giving away FREE margherita pizza. Yes, that’s right. Pizza FO FREE.

The giveaway follows the announcement earlier this week that Pizza Hut’s main competitor Dominos is ditching margherita from its menu.

The pizza chain is discontinuing a handful of unpopular flavours, which somehow included the margherita pizza. Dominos defended its actions by saying that customers are no longer buying the flavour. Who are these people?!

The news has enraged cheese pizza connoisseurs across Oz.

Why, oh gawd, why?!

The deal starts today and runs until Sunday. But the free margherita pizza is only for the first 10,000 customers, so you might want to hit up your nearest Pizza Hut joint asap. The earlier the better, as each store can only give out 10 pizzas a day.

The pizza chain posted:

“To get your free pizza simply head to your local Pizza Hut and be one of the first 10 customers each day (Fri, Sat & Sun) to order your free Margherita, but remember you must be in the store to pick it up! True story!”
