Stace and Ty both have an exhibitionist kink. Now they’ve made it their day job.
I have a professional confession: I almost never say yes to interviewing straight men.
That may seem really exclusionary of me, but I’ve been a sex editor for a long time and when it comes to discussions about pleasure, intimacy and healthy relationships, blokes have been hogging the mic and shouting loudly about what they believe to be true. Just look at every single sex scene in a movie pre-2020 and it’s blatantly obvious who’s directed it: a straight man.
So I made it my mission to say yes to spotlighting the shes, gays and theys instead – drawing on their own life experiences to have proper, nuanced discussions about sex and pleasure. And in doing so I sort of shut lads out of my conversations. That is, until now.
We launched a long-form interview series called Punkee Bangs this year – you may have spotted clips from it already, as the numbers went a little bonkers and suddenly four million people had watched. And our vision for the series was to have these clever, curious chats about sex and intimacy with people who had a story to tell.
Our first chat was with Angela White, Australia’s most decorated porn star, and as we were planning our next slate of guests, a couple appeared in the mix: New Zealand born, but Melbourne based, couple, Stace and Ty.
A real life couple. A straight woman and a straight man.
I was cautious, but also far too intrigued to not move forward with the chat. You see, Stace and Ty are a couple that after getting together realised that they both had a exhibitionist kink, and so they immediately starting filming themselves having sex and getting off on the excitement of watching the footage back. Lots of couples would have just left it there, but Stace and Ty took it many steps further, launching their own OnlyFans channel and promoting their content on TikTok.
What has unravelled since then is a fully-fledged adult content creator career for them both, along with a sex education program that they run for other couples to learn how to have the best sex of their lives. But unlike other couples therapists, these guys literally demonstrate sex, so their clients can witness the moves they want to master themselves. It’s a genius offering that is working a treat for them, and drummed up a million questions from me about how it all works.
So we booked them in for Punkee Bangs so I could sit down on camera for an hour to ask them everything – from how their families found out about their porn debut, to how they differentiate from ‘work sex’ to ‘home sex’ when bonking each other has become their bread and butter.

Oh, and for those wondering, Ty was the perfect guy to break my straight men interview dry spell.
