REEK’D: The Internet Is Roasting GoT’s Theon Greyjoy & It’ll Make You LOL Big Time

Yesterday’s episode of Game of Thrones gifted us with enough spikey talking points to frame the iron throne. It was a cracking episode that won’t be forgotten quickly.

There are obvious spoilers ahead, so you know, if you haven’t seen the most recent episode, you’ve been warned ya gronk…

The scene that has left Throners absolutely reeling is the final sequence. Viewers were left gasping as Yara Greyjoy was captured by her uncle Euron and her throat about to be sliced like a loaf of olive bread. As Theon is propositioned by his uncle to save his sister, he does what we all dreaded. He jumps off the boat, leaving poor siss to a probable early death. It is savage.

He bailed. He bailed hard. But at least he did it spectacularly.

Viewers did not hold back their feeling towards Theon – he not only committed the ultimate betrayal as his sisters protector but it’s just a dog move.

Most fans seem to be forgetting the fact that Theon is a severely troubled and traumatised young dude, and his time as Ramsay Bolton’s slave Reek still weighs on his mind.

But still, did he have to jump out of that boat like he was doing a bloody cannon ball?!?

The internet is not happy with Theon rn, and the tweets are fucking funny:

He had a few defenders.

Tbh, Theon has been through trauma like no other.

But mostly people were just PISSED AF that Reek is back.

Let’s hope Theon’s tendency to desert those close to him doesn’t extend to the actor that plays him: Alfie Allen.

To end on a high-note, here’s my personal fave tweet:
