Haven't loved an artist as long or as consistently as I have Prince. My dream was to one day collaborate with him or play drums for him. He use to come watch #DJAM and I play. Those nights went down as some of my favorite. I taught my kids about him from a very young age and has always stayed a favorite in our family, we even got to see him play a couple times together. Sad day, we lost one of the funkiest and most inspiring artists of our time. One of the greatest guitars players of our time. To me he was truly a musical genius, a true original.
