WAT? Ryan Murphy Has Revealed The Unexpected American Horror Story Season Seven Theme

American Horror Story co-creator Ryan Murphy, has revealed the theme for next season and it’s a little odd.

While on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Murphy revealed that season seven will revolve around the 2016 US Election. Yup – prepare to be Trump-ed.

The theme is a surprising move towards politics for the horror series after the previous themes; Murder House, Asylum, Coven, Freak Show, Hotel, and Roanoke.

However, one of the show’s stars Cheyenne Jackson may have seen it coming when he tweeted the following after the 2016 election:

Murphy also commented that there might be a character like Donald Trump in the season. However, as the new season doesn’t start filming until June we will have to wait and see.
