The brand spanking new trailer for Selling Sunset Season 6 has dropped, and like usual, mixed in with some seriously beautiful Southern Californian real estate there’s a whole lot of drama. Like, a lot, a lot.

While the inclusion of drama isn’t exactly shocking, what is slightly surprising is the fact that the reality series is still managing to thrive without Selling Sunset’s supervillain, Christine Quinn. After carrying the show on her back for five long seasons, Christine decided the only kind of trouble she needed was from her diamond-encrusted Louboutins and officially quit the show last year.

Fortunately for those of us who tune into Selling Sunset strictly for the scandals, we were introduced to two spicy new agents in the trailer, who look set to pick up where Christine left off. Enter: Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi.

Nicole is actually an OG agent of the Oppenheim Group and has been working at the company for almost a decade. She’s reportedly the longest-standing and top-producing realtor there with $100 million in sales. And if the trailer is anything to go by, there’s been some behind-the-scenes drama between her and breakout star Chrishell Stause over the years at the O Group.

Throughout the entirety of the two minutes and twenty-four-second trailer, Chrishell and Nicole are seen locking horns multiple times, and it certainly appears as though the agents have it out for one another.

In one scene, Nicole accuses Chrishell of taking credit for two of her listings, and in another particularly spicy snippet, the two are practically going for each other’s jugulars in a scene that looks like it’s a millisecond away from a dramatic drink toss.

“Nicole I will go there every time, and I’m not scared of you at all,” Christine, I mean Chrishell, screams at Nicole in a fit of rage in one scene.

Meanwhile, viewers may be scratching their heads over why, exactly, newcomer Bri looks so familiar. Well, that’s probably because she’s one of Nick Cannon’s six baby mamas. Bri is new to the O Group but was apparently a real estate agent at Keller Williams Beverly Hills prior to her current gig. Other than that, there’s not much info available about her previous real estate experience which seems… questionable.

Anyways, because being involved in drama on Selling Sunset is practically a prerequisite for being on the show, going by the trailer, Bri is set to get into it with costar Chelsea Lazkani.

While the drama between the new vs old agents takes up the majority of the trailer, we’re also treated to a scene that could very well be a game-changer for the entire show. In the starting moments of the clip, the Oppenheim Group owner and broker Jason Oppenheim reveals that he’s heading off to Europe with his lady-love Mary Lou and is popping his favourite child agent Mary Fitzgerald in charge of the firm.

Other commendable mentions from the trailer go to a bunch of super-cute scenes between Chrishell and her Aussie partner G Flip, Emma Hernan’s multiple enraged outbursts paired with some crazy eyes that have practically no context, and Chrishell’s perfectly executed side-eye during Amanza Smith’s blow-up at another work-related dinner party.

Oh yeah, and the multi-million dollar mansions, of course.
