Sophie & Stu Make Rare Public Appearance, But Reveal They Live In Different States
The Bachelorette couple Sophie Monk and Stu Laundy have made a rare public appearance at the 2017 ARIA Awards. Does this mean they are defs together?! Maybe.
What we do know is that Sophie took the chance to roast Stu while presenting one of the first awards.
“It’s a special day because Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have announced their engagement, so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to tell you all that Stu is still married,” Sophie quipped.
It’s good we can all laugh through the pain.
While it appears the couple are still going strong, when questioned on the red carpet about their relationship Laundy told The Daily Telegraph that they don’t see each other that often.
“Not as much as we’d like thus far,” Laundy said. “Only a little bit — but they are my favourite times.”
Monk confirmed they are still living in different states.
“I still live on the Gold Coast and travel to Sydney,” she said, adding “I’d like to move to Sydney eventually.”
Well, I guess they are together… kinda.
Who knows. Maybe until Stu’s divorce is finalised, I guess these two crazy kids are taking it slow.
