The Spice Girls Are Reportedly Holding Auditions To Replace Sporty & Posh Spice

The Spice Girls are legit searching for a new spice-ette to become either Sporty or Posh.

When I was in primary school in the peak of Spice Girls mania, as I was a brunette I was always Sporty Spice or Posh Spice. As a 12 year old, in our eyes, they were the only two options – and since I could carry a tune better than some – that made me Sporty (as Posh never sings)- and Sporty was the BEST!

Chuck on an Adidas tracksuit, do a few high kicks, jog on the spot and that’s it! That’s Sporty.

Posh is a total bore. She doesn’t do anything, but just stand there in a slinky black dress.

Reminder: This is Sporty.

This is Posh.

No competition.

However, it looks like there’s going to be an actual competition, as the Spice Girls are searching for a new spice-ette to become either Sporty or Posh.

The 20th anniversary worldwide Spice Girls tour is scheduled to go ahead next year without Victoria Beckham and Mel C. So with only Mel B, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell set to hit the stage, according to Life & Style Magazine, the plan is to replace the duo.

According to the magazine, a source has stated:

“The girls are going to be making a formal announcement about tryouts for their spots in the next few weeks,” they said. “Posh and Sporty can be replaced.”

Good luck finding a Posh! Can’t we just have two Sportys?
