Tonight’s ep of Australian Survivor promised a twist and it delivered with a rewards challenge and a magical idol the island has never seen.

Samatau won the challenge to have the opportunity to win a reward. As the tribe voted, group leaders Henry, AK and Locky were all ousted by Olympian Ziggy, who was chosen to be the receiver.

Soon Ziggy found out that she won the chance to find the ‘super idol’. An idol that splits in half, and one half cancels the power of another immunity idol when presented at tribal council, while the second half is just a OG immunity idol. It’s double trouble and a huge advantage.

“This could change my game, I need to find this,” said Ziggy, who after searching in the mangroves for hours finally found it.

With this idol, Ziggy could make it into the finals.

“This is so powerful. Like I’ve never seen anything like this in Survivor,” Ziggy announced, as she looped the immunity necklace around her neck.
