PERV: Take A Look Through Miranda Kerr and Snapchat’s Evan Spiegel New $16M Mansion
Miranda Kerr and her partner Evan Spiegel, co-founder and CEO of Snapchat, have splashed out on a new Los Angeles mansion setting them back a cool US $12 Million – that’s 16.2 million Aussie dollarydoos!
Kerr, who has five-year-old son Flynn with ex-husband Orlando Bloom – has been dating the Snapchat founder since June 2015 and the pairs joint purchase is a HUGE step forward in solidifying their romance with the four-bedroom property situated in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles. That’s love folks.
According to TMZ, the 7,100 sq ft gated building is situated on almost an acre of land and boasts six bathrooms, a pool and a home gym and features “spectacular” architecture as it was designed by famous Californian architect Gerard Colcord.
Apparently the couple got a bargain on the abode as it sold for $500,000 less than the asking price. Miranda recently insisted she and the 25-year-old entrepreneur lead a quiet and sedate life together, despite the tech mogul’s young age, but she has the “best of both worlds” with him. She said:
He’s 25, but he acts like he’s 50. He’s not out partying. He goes to work in Venice [Beach], he comes home – We don’t go out.
We’d rather be at home and have dinner, go to bed early. [But] in some ways he does [feel like a younger man]. I’m telling you, I’ve got the best of both worlds.
The Aussie star feels lucky she and her ex-husband – who is now romancing pop star Katy Perry – have worked hard with their “modern family” in raising their son together. She said,
Flynn was two [when we split], so it was really hard to make the decision, but our son is our priority so you have to come from love. You have to be kind.
[Orlando and I decided] that we had to know the person for six months and feel good about them [before introducing them to Flynn]. Evan met Flynn, so yeah, things are going well. Orlando thinks he’s great. We’re just a modern family now!
