I don’t want to panic the Swifties among us, but OUR MOTHER IS IN AUSTRALIA THIS YEAR.

And for those of us lucky enough to nab tickets to the Eras Tour, the only thing we’re thinking about is what the heck we’re wearing to the concert. The United States has, without a doubt, nailed the brief when it comes to the unofficial theme of coming as your favourite Taylor Swift album. And now, it’s our turn.

The options are potentially endless, with Taylor Swift albums being able to be interpreted in millions of ways. But if you’re feeling stumped (or squashed under the pressure of looking on point for the tour) then here’s some outfit inspo to get the cogs turning. 

First up, obviously, is Taylor’s debut album, Taylor Swift.

This album was well within the country music space, with cowgirl undertones and much talk of pickup trucks. So if you’re planning on dressing debut-style then lean into that vibe in a big way. More denim, cowboy boots, tassels and cute little clips to tame your hair that’s been curled by the Texan winds. 

In fashion terms, that looks a little like mini blue dresses, shiny boots and delicate jewellery. You know, something that says, “he’s got a one-hand feel on the steering wheel, the other on my heart”.
