BREAKING: Telstra Has Suffered A Massive National Network Outage
Australia’s biggest telco, Telstra are suffering a network “interruption” today, causing a total clusterfuck for customers all around the country.
The reception outage concerns customers with a Telstra prepaid mobile plan, as well as the company’s 3G and 4G networks that host most of their traffic.
It’s not yet known what the cause of the outage is, but the company have taken to social media to address the issue and have claimed that their working to rectify the problem.

The media manager for Telstra New South Wales, David Taylor issued a statement about the matter this afternoon, saying:
“We are aware of an issue currently affecting mobile voice and data nationally”
“We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and thank customers for their patience.”
As expected, frustrated customers are taking to social media to vent and also poke fun at the telco.
