Some Huge News About ‘The Bachelor’ Was Just Revealed

Australia, it’s time to meet not one, but all three of your new boyfriends: The Bachelor is back this year, bigger than ever with the show casting three men in the leading role.

Yes, you read that right. Not one Bachelor, but THREE! Why? Who knows.

Rumours have been circulating for some time now about the show undergoing a bit of a shakeup — a bigger shakeup than just relocating to the Gold Coast. So Dramatic! initially reported the news that there looked like there’d be multiple men cast in the role for The Bachelor, with rumours initially swirling that there would be two, then four new Bachys.

However The Project confirmed tonight that there would be three new Bachelors: musician, Jed McIntosh, professional basketball player Felix Von Hofe, and wellness warrior Thomas Malucelli.

How does the show work with three men in the leading role?

“It’s our 10th season, so we’re so excited, we’re doing a world first,” Osher Gunsberg told The Project, stating filming had been underway for a while. “The way it works, the way everyone gets to know each other is very different this year. It’s already electrifying.”

Jed McIntosh

Jed is a drummer who has played in numerous bands, as well as for Kylie Minogue, T Pain, and Sean Paul. He appears to be in the current lineup for band Moon Monroe.

Felix Von Hofe

As previously reported, Felix is a professional basketball player and podcaster who hosts a podcast with Sportsbet called Trash Talk.

Thomas Malucelli
