Chelsie From ‘The Bachelor’ Shares Hateful Comments Received Since Split W/ Matt
Breakups suck. But they reach another level of awful when an entire nation is banking on you and your boyfriend staying together…forever. This is something The Bachelor’s Chelsie McLeod knows all too well.
We’ve all heard by now that Chelsie and Matt Agnew recently called it quits, and now Chelsie is sharing the hateful messages she’s received about the split, all while trying to heal a broken heart.

This weekend I was meant to be at a four day festival. I am SO GLAD that I put myself first and opted out to have an alcohol free weekend while I attempt to get myself back to a good place. Dealing with heartbreak SUCKS and dealing with harsh messages doesn’t help. I’ve been strong enough to deal with all of this but I am definitely worried for those that aren’t. We need to know that unwarranted opinions need to be taken with a grain of salt. THANK YOU to everyone that has had my back. It honestly means the world to me 🥰🥰
Chelsie posted the (absolutely fire) above pic, along with some comments she’s received since the breakup:
Seriously, people: do better. This is, of course, only a small snapshot of the kinds of messages Chelsie is having to read, all while recovering from a very public breakup.
Some of Chelsie’s fellow The Bachelor ladies have rallied around her, sending messages of support, including Elly Miles, Jessica Brody and Rachael Arahill.
While two women who have A LOT of experience with Bachy trolls, Angie Kent and Alex Nation, also sent Chelsie messages.
No one EVER deserves to be trolled like this. We are sending Chels all our love.
