The Latest Bachy Evictee Is Claiming Locky & Bella First Met In Bali
The Bachelor only kicked off a week ago but already there are some wild rumours floating around regarding the winner.
Appearing on the So Dramatic! podcast, first evictee Nadine Kodsi told host Megan Pustetto that she heard a rumour that Locky Gilbert and series frontrunner Bella Varelis already knew each other before filming.
“I honestly think Bella’s gonna win and the reason why I think that is because I personally think it was set up,” she said. “There was a rumour, not just from myself but pretty much all the girls, that apparently they [Locky and Bella] met in Bali and it was agreed, she basically made an agreement to go on the show and then they’d be together.”
Nadine went on to say she came to this conclusion for a rumour circulating in the Bachelor mansion. “It just looked so set up, their interactions, everything. Everyone was saying it. So she told [one of the other contestants] that they met in Bali, they had an agreement, it was always going to be her. Basically, we were all just background puppets to create drama and she was always going to be the one to win.”
This is, of course, just speculation from a contestant who wasn’t on the show very long.
Nadine clearly has a bitter taste from the whole entire reality TV-making process and absolutely unleashed on Locky earlier in the interview. “I think he’s a puppet and I saw that from the first five minutes,” before revealing she had to do her intro twice and claiming Locky had an earpiece in and was being fed lines from producers. “I actually said to him ‘Can you not speak for yourself, do you have to listen to what they’re saying to you?'”
When the host asked if she could hear what producers were saying in the earpiece, she relayed hearing the voice tell Locky to, “tell her she’s beautiful. You’re the most beautiful women I’ve seen. Ask her what does she do? How does she feel?” she detailed. “And he was listening and like the puppet that he is, repeating. Literally repeating everything that they were saying.”
Nadine said that there was a lot around her eviction that wasn’t shown, claiming that she threatened to leave on the night and that’s why she was sent home. It’s safe to say, Nadine was less than impressed by Locky and her entire experience on The Bachelor. “Some Bachelors go on there with the intention of finding love…but honestly, I got the worst one. I got one that was just fake.”
We have contacted Channel 10 regarding Nadine’s allegations.
