‘The Bachelor’ Viewers Are Convinced That A Finale Promo Has Spoiled The Ending
Today’s the day! We are merely hours away from finding out who Locky picks to be his special lady between Bella and Irena on tonight’s The Bachelor finale.
From the early episodes, it was clear the two women were the frontrunners and fans are split over who will win Locky’s heart. In a teaser that followed last night’s episode, we heard Locky tell both women he was falling in love with them, so it seems like it’s anyone’s game.
HOWEVER, there was a detail in the promo that some might have missed that could actually give away the whole finale. It sounded like Locky told Irena he had “fallen in love” with her, while he only said to Bella he was “falling in love” with her. While I can’t find the promo anywhere online, I rewinded last night and listened again and he does indeed say “fallen” to Irena, but “falling” to Bella.
As soon as the promo aired, a couple of fans clocked the different words and tweeted that this might reveal who Locky will choose:

I could overanalyse Locky’s choice of words all day, but there’s no denying that “fallen” implies that it’s something that’s already happened, while “falling” could mean Locky is not in love with Bella yet.
Could Locky have left this tiny detail to give fans a hint towards his decision choosing Irena? I doubt it but we will find out when it all comes to an end tonight.
