Tonight’s ‘The Bachelor’ Retold Via Hilarious Tweets
The Bachelor is back for another week of pilot chat and as a little treat, tonight’s episode didn’t run for almost as long as the Olympics.
That’s right, tonight’s instalment was just a regular episode. You know, solo date, group date, cocktail party, rose ceremony — and that’s it! Most of the episode was concerned with Brooke just realising that Jimmy lives in a different city and works different hours to her. Something she probably should have thought about by now, or before she decided to come back on the show. Just an idea!
Jimmy took Brooke up the top of Sydney Tower for a casual pilates class, then they later headed over the bridge to North Sydney for a bit of Melbourne coffee culture spon-con. The group date had the women get their faces read (yes, you read that correctly) by expert Marie, who judged if they were compatible with Jimmy based on their face shapes. “You’ve got a rebellious hairline,” she told Jimmy. While’s Carlie’s nose lines meant that she “loves to plan”. OK, Marie!
The biggest takeaway from the group challenge was that Brooke was told she was independent in relationships, but disagreed informing Marie and Jimmy that she’s actually the opposite. Brooke continued her honesty trip at the cocktail party, pulling Jimmy aside to admit she was worried that their competing work schedules wouldn’t make sense for her in a relationship. Basically, Brooke was trying to send herself home — but it didn’t work! Jimmy is taking Brooke to hometowns, take that Brooke!
Tonight’s The Bachelor retold via hilarious tweets:
Brooke is back and she has a date with Jimmy! They do pilates up the top of Sydney Tower, before heading over to North Sydney to err…make Starbucks coffee.

*Jimmy takes Brooke on a literal Starbucks sponcon “date” that has zero to do with her and could be applied to any woman in the mansion*

While sharing a cup of coffee, Brooke told Jimmy that while she was home she saw paparazzi shots of him on dates with the other women, leaving her feeling insecure. He reassured her, but she didn’t secure a rose.

Brooke disagreed with her reading that said she’s independent in relationships, instead admitting that she has become dependent on her partner in the past.
