Tonight’s Hectic ‘The Bachelor’ Drama Retold In Hilarious Tweets

Tonight’s The Bachelor drama sounded a lot like my group of high school friends at Schoolies, after we had too many Voddy Cruisers and got into a heated argument after someone dropped the C-bomb.

The episode began in a much more wholesome way, as Jimmy’s dog Billie galloped into the Bachy mansion to greet the women. Honestly, I’d like to see more Billie and less Jimmy going forward. Holly was picked to go on a solo date, which saw this show gloriously revive Surf Dog Bachelor when Billie had a go paddleboarding. It was majestic!

When the puppy wasn’t on screen, Jimmy and Holly were mostly smooching each other’s faces off. It would have been romantic enough, but then it started goddamn raining, which pretty much sealed Holly’s fate as a serious contender to win.

As Jimmy and Holly were reenacting The Notebook, Steph was going off about how she could barely tolerate 10 minutes with Holly, so didn’t know how Jimmy would handle a whole day with her. She then called Holly a c*nt, a word she would use again at the cocktail party after she assumed Holly had grabbed Jimmy for a chat — stealing precious time with him.

When confronted about calling Holly a c*nt, Steph just straight-up denied it. Brooke told the group that she heard the word used, but Steph said they should go back and rewatch the footage, which was hilarious, as that’s exactly what the Bachy editors did. You said it, hun.

Jimmy brought his dog, Billie, to the mansion to ask Holly out on a date. They went paddleboarding together, then in a real rom-com moment, they kissed in the rain.

Jimmy and Holly go back to the Bachy mansion. They speak about how Jimmy’s pilot lifestyle could fit into Holly’s life, and Holly shared her hesitations about getting married. Jimmy must not have minded too much, as Holly got a rose.

Meanwhile back at the mansion, Steph and Tatum were bitching about how much they can’t stand Holly, with Steph even dropping the C-bomb when describing her.

The group date was a ‘Bachelor Love Challenge’, where the women had to escape a maze through a series of compatibility questions.

Brooke won by meeting Jimmy in the middle of the maze first. They shared a bottle of champers, played a card game, and Brooke revealed she’s a bit of a closet nerd. They kissed and Brooke (off-screen) ended up with a rose.

It’s cocktail party time! Jimmy annoyed the women by pulling Holly for a chat, which led to Steph whispering to Brooke “what a c*nt!” Brooke then relayed this information to Holly, who brought it to the group. Steph denied ever dropping the C-bomb, which is especially funny as she actually called her a c*nt twice this episode.

At the rose ceremony, Steph got a rose while Hannah and Tamlyn were sent home.
