A new promo for The Bachelorette dropped overnight and we got a taste of what to expect from the season — and we’ve met our first villain.

The teaser shows our Bachelorettes’ Elly and Becky Miles meeting their 20 suitors, and we see a few cute dates on boats and stuff. Nothing particularly groundbreaking. But the best part was watching the women kick some dude out of the mansion.

We can assume the booting happened due to some brunette man, who could be heard saying in a piece to camera, “If I’ve got to push people out of the way to get what I want, sorry but I’m gonna do that.” Then some blonde man with arms larger than my whole head tells Becky that some guy has been saying “disrespectful” and “shallow” comments while in the Bachy mansion. We finally cut to Elly and Becky asking someone to leave, so it’s safe to say it’s probably the first guy, who is sure to be this year’s villain.

Tbh, I didn’t expect much from this season BUT it doesn’t looks too bad and at least we can expect some decent drama — as well as a couple of love stories.

The Bachelorette premieres Wednesday, 7 October at 7:30pm on Channel 10.
