We Finally Know When ‘The Bachelors’ Will Air And It’s About Damn Time
The Bachelor 2022 has now officially turned into The Bachelors 2023. Channel 10 has (finally!) confirmed that the reality dating show will air in early January next year.
Firstly, it’s about damn time we got more info! After literal months of having no clue when The Bachelors would premiere, the news was finally dropped at Paramount’s Upfronts.
Following the big reveal that the reality show will return on 2 January, Osher Günsberg teased, “We find love and celebrate love better than anyone. And it all happens in our glamorous new home on the Gold Coast. There’s a lot that’s going to look and feel very different. I mean, the name of the show for starters. It’s The Bachelors. Plural,” he said.
“Joining these three eligible young men from across the country are smart, powerful, beautiful women who – like our Bachelors – are over the dating apps, the ghosting and the inability to commit.”

In case you’ve gotten a tad confused by Osher pluralising The Bachelor, the upcoming season will feature three Bachelors: Felix Von Hofe, Jed McIntosh, and Thomas Malucelli.
It should be err, interesting! With a new home, a new format, and a new air date, big changes are ahead! The Bachelors is expected to air at the same time as Married at First Sight and tbh, my body is not ready to be watching those two reality shows in tandem. Pray for us.
The delayed premiere also means that 2022 is the first year since The Bachelor started where the series hasn’t aired. Pour one out for a full year without rose ceremonies, awkward banter, cheese boards, and broken dreams. Take! Me! Back!
