The First Trailer For Netflix’s ‘The Kissing Booth 2’ Is Here & It’s Looks Awful/Amazing
Two years on from the first film’s release, Netflix has dropped a trailer for The Kissing Booth 2 and hoeeee boy, it’s a lot.
The original The Kissing Booth was a surprise success on the streaming platform — and while I can’t say I enjoyed watching the movie — the film getting a sequel was a no-brainer. The second movie sees the return of the film’s stars, Joey King and Aussie Jacob Elordi, who started dating while making the first movie but broke up before the sequel began filming. Awkward.
The sequel picks up where the first left off, as Noah moves to study at Harvard University while Elle begins her senior year of high school. There’s of course a new guy at school who has eyes for Elle, while she struggles to trust Noah as he starts hanging out with a new female friend at school. Oh, and Elle decides on a whim that she will apply to Harvard. Lol.
It looks like an absolute mess, one which I will absolutely be watching. The Kissing Booth 2 drops on Netflix July 24.
