A modern day Batcave has been built below a mansion in the upmarket Melbourne suburb of Toorak. Because, money.

Dubbed by the architects from Molecule, the group commissioned for the renovation, as ‘The Wayne Residence‘, the car park is a unique feature for any car enthusiast. It’s modelled on the Batcave from the film The Dark Knight and was recently constructed underneath the property’s tennis court.

Hydraulic garage doors open and close the entrance to the car park on the 2,500-metre-square block. The cave hosts the owner’s car collection (worthy of Bruce himself) and also features a 12-seat underground theatre for watching all your favourite Batman movies.

As well as the elaborate underground rooms, the house recently had 12 individually designed rugs to bring the house to life. Life could be a dream.
