A TikTok Plastic Surgeon Is Getting Dragged For Wanting To Fix A ‘Stranger Things’ Star’s Face
Natalia Dyer is one of the biggest actresses in the world right now. On the back of another sensational stint as Nancy Wheeler on the most recent Stranger Things season, she should be receiving all the praise in the world.
However, an injector on TikTok has decided that now is the time to criticise the Netflix star’s, umm… face.
Miranda Wilson is a certified aesthetic nurse and practitioner who uploaded a TikTok where she critiqued Natalie’s face, making suggestions on how she could change certain features, like adding filler to her chin and lips, injecting botox, and giving the actress an eye lift.
She even made a composite of what Natalie’s results would look like if she took Miranda’s advice — and it’s a straight-up terrifying PhotoShop nightmare.
Huge yikes.
The original TikTok has been deleted but it will live forever on Twitter. Watch (in horror) for yourself below:
i could never be a celebrity because if someone made a video like this about me i would get violent pic.twitter.com/4mgNbZcwHb

It should go without saying that it’s gross to recommend ways for a person to alter their face without them consenting, and even grosser to turn a living/breathing human into a generic Bratz doll.
Unsurprisingly, reactions online have been swift to call out Miranda for giving unsolicited advice about a woman’s physical appearance. In response to the above tweet, @winonajpeg wrote “Celebrities shouldn’t have to wake up to TikTok surgeons telling them how their face could be ‘better’,” and @darnedfrenchman added, “Let us erase all of her unique features that make her the striking character actor she is.”
And while the original TikTok has since been removed, Miranda’s video had already been ripped by other TikTokers disgusted by her criticism of Natalie’s appearance.

In light of the backlash, Miranda has since released an apology on TikTok.

“I did not mean to offend anyone — including Natalia,” she began. “I was simply just offering suggestions, not on what you have to do, but what the possibilities are.” For some reason, Miranda then detailed all the cosmetic work she had done to her own face.
Weird flex but OK.
The video has been flooded with negative comments. One TikTok user wrote, “People like you are one of the reasons why girls today are so insecure,” while another added, “Bro just promoted her business through an apology.”
Hopefully, Miranda will rethink posting this kind of content in the future.
Meanwhile, Season 4 of Stranger Things surpassed one billion views within 24 days of dropping on the streaming platform, breaking the record for any English-language series on Netflix.
