The ‘Too Hot To Handle’ Couples Have Confirmed If Their Relationships Lasted The Distance

Things are looking grim if the couples produced from Too Hot To Handle have a more successful dating track record than the rest of us. But here we are!

Season 2 of Too Hot To Handle saw some of the hottest Americans, Brits, South Africans and Kiwis converge on a villa for a few weeks of “torture” aka not being able to bang each other’s brains out. Sparks flew between the contestants before they learnt they couldn’t share any physical intimacy or their prize fund would be decimated. Unlike Season 1, where Harry Jowsey and Francesca Farago were the main culprits disobeying the rules, this year almost every contestant was making out or going even further.

Y’all are too horny! But it wasn’t all party pashes and suss action under the sheets, the season actually ended with three fully-fledged couples — but did they last the distance? All our questions have been answered during the show’s reunion.

Check out the below video from the Too Hot To Handle reunion:

Too Hot To Handle’s couples confirm if they’re still together:

Christina & Robert

It’s the couple you probably forgot even became a couple. They met, they dry-humped, then they got booted from the show. And apparently this was all a recipe for long-lasting romance, as Christina and Robert are still together.

Christina told Daily Mail, “As soon as we got kicked out [of the Too Hot To Handle villa] we were on the plane back together and I just looked at him and said ‘listen what are your plans?’ because it was summertime in Cape Town and that’s why I wasn’t too upset to leave as well and he just looked at me and said ‘well I have no plans’ because he has worked really hard in his life and he made enough money to travel for the next three years.

‘So, then he said ‘f*nk it, I’m coming to Cape Town with you’ and then he came and he joined me for Christmas, New Year, my birthday, Valentine’s Day, he was with me for four months.”

It sounds like the spark is still there and these two are still horny AF for one another. “We still can’t keep our hands off each other. I’m really open about sex and obviously he has the nicest penis I have ever seen,” said Christina. OK, nice to know!

Melinda & Marvin

Marvin may have won the whole show, but he didn’t win himself a girlfriend. Due to COVID, travel between Marvin and Melinda’s respective hometowns of Paris and Brooklyn has been nearly impossible. Add to this, at the reunion Melinda revealed that following the show, Marvin ghosted her by not showing up to a planned trip to Mexico.

Melinda claimed that she had organised a couple’s vacay, but Marvin cancelled at the last-minute after they had a fight. “I booked the Airbnb, I had things planned but of course Marvin and I did get into an argument…He could have put his big boy pants on and still come but he decided to cancel his whole flight. The day that I was supposed to come he was ignoring my texts, I was texting Chase as well, he ignored me too, I was left in the dark.”

Arguments led to the former couple not speaking for a while, but they’re now on better terms. “For a long time we didn’t talk or anything but now we talk and we are on good terms and I don’t know what will happen but we’ll see,” Marvin said.

“We’re not together anymore, even though I do miss her a lot.”

Emily & Cam

In a real twist, it looks like Emily and Cam are the strongest couple ever produced from this series. Not only are they living together, but in the above video they even discuss potentially having children in the near future. “We definitely do want marriage and kids. If we have a girl we’re going to call her Lana, obviously,” Emily joked. Cam added, “We do speak about it. I know that I want to spend the rest of my life with Em and vice versa.”

Cam told The Sun that “Once we left it was so nice to actually be affectionate towards each other without having to wait for a robot’s approval. It’s just nice to come out and be a normal couple. People are quick to be sceptical but we’ve been a normal couple literally from the moment we left the villa up until now,” he said.

“Me and Em have been very much ourselves on that show. We both love each other to bits and she is my best friend.”

A happy ending? In this economy?
