Pokémon is set to enter the real world with a new mobile game
The parent company announced yesterday that ‘Pokemon Go’ will be an augmented reality game developed in partnership with Nintendo and Google’s Niantic Labs. It includes a smartwatch device that lets you interact with other players and collect characters within the real world environment, lighting up when one is near.
Tennis Player James Blake Was Tackled and Detained in New York
Five officers tackled and handcuffed former tennis great James Blake, who was on his way to the US open yesterday. Ironically, the FBI had mistakenly identified Blake as a suspect in an identity theft case and pounced with city police officers outside of his hotel in New York City. Blake has asked for an apology as authorities look in to the incident.

Shooter McGavin and Tiger Woods snap selfie at the US Open
Shooter McGavin (AKA Christopher McDonald) shared a selfie snap from the US Open to his mere 1,000 odd twitter followers and people are going nuts. McDonald has spent a fair bit of time out of the limelight since his staring role as Shooter in the 1996 cult golf flick Happy Gilmore.
Jesinta Campbell thanks fans on Instagram for supporting Buddy
After her fiancé Buddy Franklin bravely announced he was suffering mental health issues this week, Campbell took to Instagram on R U OK day to thank people for their support. Buddy will be giving up finals games for the Sydney Swans while he focuses on getting better and AFL fans are getting right behind him.
