TRAGEDY: A Truck Carrying A Million Chicken Nuggets Has Rolled In Melbs
Oh, the humanity. A truck carrying one million chicken nuggets has crashed into a parked car and rolled in Melbourne. There is actually chicken nugs spread all over the freeway. It’s a tragedy on a scale we’ve never seen before.
The truck contained an estimated 20 tonnes of chicken nuggets and upon hitting another vehicle overturned on the Hume Freeway at around 11pm last night in Epping. Luckily the car that was crashed into was parked, with no one inside at the time.
The following warning was issued to commuters:
HUME FWY near M80 Ring Rd – All lanes closed heading north (outbound). Truck has rolled. Chicken nuggets everywhere. Avoid. More: https://t.co/FnWBjEwa9n #victraffic pic.twitter.com/f49L2DiZre

As road workers (and presumably pesky seagulls) rush to clean up the nugs along with 1,000 litres of diesel, the area of the freeway between Coopers Road and the Metropolitan Ring Road remains closed.
We are personally grieving for those million wasted nugs that no one will get to enjoy. The golden treasures were expected to be delivered to McDonald’s. The hurt is deep.
R.I.P nugs. We barely knew thee.
