Today Melbourne becomes the first city in Australia, and only the third in the world, to cop access to Uber’s new UberEATS service. The app will now let users order home delivered takeaway from some of the city’s best local restaurants including Super Normal, Gazi, Pidapipo, Serotonin and Jimmy Grants.

Oh yeah and delivery is 100% FREE for a limited time. YAS!

Starting right now, Melburnians can access all this straight from the Uber app while local restaurants will have a reliable delivery option, expanding their capacity and reach to better service their community. It’s a win-win for all!

The service will cater to inner suburbs only with the service promising food to ‘Windsor to Carlton, Richmond to West Melbourne, and everywhere in between.'[tps_footer][/tps_footer]

Your takeaway game just got a whole heap better, just in time for lazy winter comfort food. Bring it on.
