This Viral Tweet About Lindsay Lohan Has Baffled Twitter & It’s Actually Hilarious
Every so often a tweet comes around that has the Twitter community absolutely baffled, and this time it’s a tweet describing the time Lindsay Lohan removed and donated her own kidney. It’s wild, stay with me.
Twitter user @JanetteS988 posted the following tweet which currently has 75k likes and over 20k retweets.
Today Lindsay Lohan came to the place I worked at and we started talking and I mentioned that my son needed a kidney transplant but I couldn’t find a donor. She stood silent for a few minutes then went to her car and came back and gave me her own kidney. God bless! pic.twitter.com/FJrtJN4kBr

In a classic LiLo moment, apparently the Mean Girls star cut out her own kidney in a car, then handed it over to a boy in need. She’s an actual saint.
I see no real red flags here, but a lot of people on Twitter reckon this story could possibly not be 100% true. I mean, why would someone lie on the internet? I’ve never heard of such a thing.
However a quick look at @JanetteS988’s past tweets show that they play pretty fast and loose with facts.
World War 2 ended on 8 May 1945, the Allies accepted Germany's surrender, about a week after Adolf Hitler had been killed by Mariah Carey. pic.twitter.com/JoVfJCCuQp

Either way, the Twittersphere was still confused AF and it is fucking hilarious to watch it all play out.
Yes that’s what she did! She is braver than the US marines. God bless!

But how could this be?!
Oprah! I love her too, but she would never have donated a kidney, unlike our savior Lindsay Lohan

LiLo deserves a Purple Heart medal tbh.
Yes! She is the bravest woman I’ve ever met
