Footage that shows hundreds of people flooding a park in the USA trying to catch a rare Pokémon might seem strange to some, but I for one, totally get it.

A Squirtle appeared at a ‘lure‘ (a device used to attract local Pokémon) in a Washington park on Friday and news of the discovery travelled quickly.  So much so, that a mini stampede occurred as hundreds of players flooded to the spot it was found. There was even some argy-bargy as players attempted to sabotage their mates to exclusively hold the bragging rights.

Squirtle Pokemon Park

Yes, people of 2016, this is what we have come to. But it’s not a bad thing. It might be a strange sight to behold, but let’s just find solace in the fact that Pokémon are getting us off our arses, walking around our cities and interacting socially with people we wouldn’t otherwise. That being said, these two videos below are kinda nek level absurd!
