Nicki Minaj Is Not A Fan Of Adele Belting It Out In Carpool Karaoke With James Corden
It’s back! The winning formula of Jame’s Corden‘s ‘Carpool Karaoke‘ has returned in all its glory following knock-out episodes with Justin Bieber and One Direction.
This time it’s the one and only Adele ‘rolling’ with Corden to belt out some of the latest singles off her chart-busting new album ’25’.
As expected, the London based singer gives huuuge renditions of singles ‘Hello’, ‘Someone Like You’ and throws in some harmonic surprises. The candid chat also means we get to see her outrageously quirky personality in full swing, including plenty more fits of laughter…

After chatting about her love for The Spice Girls, the UK songstress delved in to brit-pop classic ‘Wannabe‘ and then out of nowhere spat out Nicki Minaj’s verse from Jay Z’s ‘Monster‘.
However, Nicki (being Nicki) had something to say about all this on twitter…
First she appeared to be kinda diggin’ it – I mean, she even posted a snippet of the verse to Instagram as a short video with stupid hashtags like #oh #ok #iconic.
Pull thru, QUEEN!!!!! ???????????????????????? #Adele #Monster the attitude & fingers to match. #Oh #Ok #Iconic ❤️ https://t.co/wfreOQAuOf

… and then kinda changed her mind, proclaiming Adele to be a “mad ratchet” (AKA a diva with tickets on herself) and then questioning “what’s good?”
Adele is mad ratchet. I can't take her???? #UK #WutsGood

In a clear throwback to her feud with Miley Cyrus last year for appropriating black culture, it doesn’t seem like Nicki is seriously trying to start beef with Adele over some innocent karaoke (nor is it likely Adele would bite back and make things ugly). She does however want everyone to know she’s not much of a fan of the #UK singer and what she’s all about.
Unlike Nicki, make up your own mind by watching the full clip below. I mean, it’s Adele being Adele, so naturally you’ll agree it’s pretty damn spesh.
