WATCH: First Full Trailer For Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life
It’s a mere month until the Gilmore Girls revival ‘A Year in the Life’ hits Netflix, and we finally have a full length trailer.
And…it’s a good one. Here’s some info we’ve gaged from the trailer:
It seems Rory is in Stars Hollow for the first time in a while. She’s a bit lost in life and has been travelling a bunch. We see a quick glimpse of London…is Logan living there again, perhaps? We do see him in the trailer, as we do Dean(ugh) and Jess(yay).
Luke is grumpy and yelling at the girls for their terrible diets, some things never change. Actually, maybe they do, as Kirk is at Friday Night Dinner; that is a recipe for hilarity. We see far too short snapshots of Sookie, Lane and Paris for me liking.
Emily is not quite dealing with the death of Richard, and most devastatingly, she is wearing a t-shirt. Wtaf? Emily Gilmore in a t-shirt is a sight I never want to see again.
All three Gilmores seem to be at a crossroad in their lives, whether its from the death of a spouse, an uncertain career, or a relationship that’s stagnated (maybe hinting at a baby on the way?). It’s a very encouraging trailer and I’d be lying if I said and hadn’t ugly-cried ala Claire Danes when watching it.
Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life drops on Netflix on 25 November.
