UK band, Coldplay has unveiled their new song, ‘Amazing Day’ at the Global Citizen Festival in New York.

Ahead of the upcoming release of new album, A Head Full of Dreams, the band performed ‘Amazing Day’ in front of a packed crowd during a set which involved Ariana Grande. The slow-paced, build-up song, comparable to their hit, Yellow takes them back to the their best after a couple of iffy albums. If this is anything to go by, A Head Full of Dreams, which is possibly their final album seems to be on the right track!

The Global Poverty Project is an initiative organised by Aussies, Hugh Evans and Simon Moss which aims to end global poverty by 2030. The Global Citizen Festival was heavily supported by hosts by Hugh Jackman and Stephen Colbert with a star-studded lineup of Pearl Jam, Beyoncé, Ed Sheeran and Coldplay.
