In a collaboration of dreams, James Corden has teamed up with Aussie musical king Tim Minchin, rewriting a song from Minchin’s most successful production, taking aim at Donald Trump’s presidency and cabinet.

Appearing on ‘The Late Late Show’, the composer took on his ‘Matilda’ tune ‘When I Grow Up’, taking the piss out of Trump and his associates – all dressed as school kidlets. It makes far too much sense.

Joining him for the performance, he recruited Ben Platt as Sean Spicer, Abigail Spencer as Kellyanne Conway, while Corden stepped into the shoes of chief strategist Steve Bannon. It’s a v clever adaption of a beloved song, so without giving too much away, just watch it.
