WATCH: Ya Man Vance Joy Just Dropped A New Track And Music Video
Melbourne’s Vance Joy is back today with his latest drum driven guitar track called ‘Lay It On me‘.
The new single dropped this morning on triple j and comes with a fresh music video featuring the singer, AKA James Keogh, strolling around with Westworld’s Angela Sarafyan. ‘Lay It On Me’ builds with epic dum rolls, crescendo into a horn-heavy chorus that’s prime for air fist pumps. There’s also plenty of classic Vance Joy-esk hooks which you can bet crowds will be belting out when he plays Splendour In The Grass and Spilt Milk festivals later this year.
Vance Joy is currently working on his second album, the followup to 2014’s ‘Dream Your Life Away‘ – so we expect to hear a few more singles leading into the Aussie summer. Not complaining about that at all. Get familiar with ‘Lay It On Me’ below.
