Monkey Splash
The inspiration: A water fight breaks out in the backyard
Ingredients:
- 50mL Monkey Shoulder
- 150mL soda water
Directions:
- Build in tall glass
- Garnish with squeezed orange wedge
Show Me The Monkey
The inspiration: You manage not to burn the snags at your mate’s BBQ
Ingredients:
- 50mL Monkey Shoulder
- 20mL Drambuie
- 80mL cloudy apple juice
- 6-8 mint leaves
Directions:
- Shake ingredients together
- Strain into tall glass over ice
- Garnish with mint sprig and orange slice
Espresso Monkey
Inspiration: You’re going in for your third coffee before lunch
Recipe:
- 40mL Monkey Shoulder
- 30mL quality espresso
- 15mL coffee liqueur
- Dash of sugar syrup
Directions:
- Shake all ingredients hard
- Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with coffee beans
Pina Cool-ada
Inspiration: You just got a hat-trick in beach cricket
Recipe:
- 40mL Monkey Shoulder
- 20mL coconut rum
- 60mL coconut water
- 10mL fresh lime juice
- 2 pineapple rings
- Dash of sugar syrup
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into Hurricane or tall cocktail glass
- Garnish with pineapple leaf and/or pineapple chunk
