I’m On A Mission To Have White Teeth At My Wedding. Here’s How White Glo Is Helping.

My understanding of weddings was yoinked straight out of ’90s rom-coms. It was all musical build-up, puffy peach bridesmaids and a kiss that marked the end of the movie. And now that I’m planning my own wedding, I can confirm that weddings are absolutely nothing like that.

You see, I have massive front teeth. Something weird happened when I was six where all four of my front baby teeth fell out and only two humungous chompers took their place. It was quite jarring just how large they were, but after a round of braces closing up the gaps around them, I’ve sort of climatised to my big gnashers.

But as they are so prominent when I smile – something I’m planning to do non-stop at my wedding – I want to make sure these giant toothens are gleaming white on my big day, so I got cracking with a whitening plan.
First on my shopping list was an everyday toothpaste that was going to boost the whiteness just a smidge every time I brushed. After trawling through reviews and seeing them all over my socials, the Professional White Whitening Toothpaste by White Glo came up as the best on the market – and at only $5.99 a tube, I obviously got two to commit to the glowy cause.

When mine arrived I was so excited, I jumped straight into my first treatment even though I was mid-way through a facemask (more wedding hotness prep). And I have to tell you, I’ve never looked better.
The treatment tastes like a gooey toothpaste, with that same fresh minty flavour, and the mouthguard slots in so easily. I kept it in, biting down, for the 10 minutes it recommends on the box but turns out I didn’t even need to time it because the light automatically turns off after the 10 minutes is up – so handy!

Following the treatment I rinsed out my mouth with water and I ran straight to my bedroom mirror to see if I could spot any instant lightning. I might have been optimistically going bananas, but I could have sworn my teeth were already whiter. I use the brightening colour chart from the White Glo Advanced Teeth Whitening Kit and I’m bloody right! My teeth have moved one shade lighter already. I am shook.
